Ranoxy Clinic – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ranoxy Clinic, we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following outlines our refund and cancellation policies for all services, programs, and consultations.

1. Consultation Fees

Initial Consultations:

Once an initial appointment has taken place, the fee is non-refundable.

Follow-Up Appointments:

Fees for follow-up visits are non-refundable after the appointment has occurred.

No-Show & Short-Notice Cancellations:

This policy helps us ensure access for all patients and supports timely scheduling.

2. Laboratory Services

Requisitions

Once a lab requisition has been issued, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Usage

Lab requisitions are valid for single use only. If additional or repeat labs are needed, a new appointment and clinical review are required.

3. Medications & Prescriptions

Prescriptions

Prescription orders are non-refundable once written by a provider.

Pharmacy Policy

Medications are typically processed through our partnered pharmacy. You may request to use a different pharmacy if preferred.

Medication Refunds:

Refunds may only be issued if the medication has not yet been dispensed. For safety reasons and in accordance with pharmacy regulations, dispensed medications are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This policy helps us ensure access for all patients and supports timely scheduling.

4. Programs & Memberships

Program Fees

Fees for programs (e.g., hormone optimization, weight management, hair restoration) are non-refundable once a treatment plan is initiated or a prescription has been issued.

Subscription Model

Our programs operate on a quarterly billing cycle to support ongoing care. You may opt out of future billing by notifying us in writing before your next renewal date.

Cancellation

To cancel or pause your subscription, email info@ranoxyclinic.ca prior to your upcoming billing date.

5. Satisfaction Concerns

We value your feedback. If you’re unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review your concern and may offer a corrective action or partial refund at our discretion.
