Booking an appointment is easy! Simply visit our website, select your preferred service, and choose a time that works best for you. All appointments are conducted through secure video or phone consultations.
We offer virtual consultations to clients across Ontario for a broad range of general health concerns, including infections, UTIs, STIs, chronic conditions, and more. Our services also include prescription refills, lab requisitions, and sick notes. Additionally, we provide ADHD assessments, mental health evaluations, and personalized treatment plans for Ontarians aged 18 and older.
General Health
Initial Consultation: $45 per visit (includes assessment and treatment plan)
Follow-up Consultation: $45 per visit (for reviewing lab or diagnostic results)
Sick Note: $35 (Note: HCP does not backdate sick notes)
Mental health
ADHD assessment: $359
Other mental health assessment: $199
Follow-up consultation for ADHD or other mental health concerns: $45
Lab requisitions and sick notes are sent to you electronically after your consultation. They are easy to download and print for your records or submission.
